Extremely dismissive and disrespectful staff. Borderline hostile on the phone when interacting with new AND established patients. It seems this is on brand for this practice judging from other reviews. I have been coming here for a few years now and the way the staff at the front desk who answer the phones and speak with the patients are, has not changed and that's for the worse. Trying to call them and ask about appointments or information or referrals, they respond with a nasty attitude and speak to you as if you are bothering their day. The amount of times I have had to call them for issues with referrals or appointments is ridiculous, it has taken them from between 2-4 weeks or even 3 months just to send a referral to ... read more
After my visit on March and April, I got billed almost every other month, and just received another one this morning. It’s a never ending cycle of draining your wallet once you step into that office. Wish I never stepped a foot in this place.
