Go to Docs In!!! Do NOT use this ER!!! Do not make my mistake and get care here... Horrible experience...still feeling the pain now... since they do not actually bill your insurance company...they use third party companies in GA, NH and MA, what a mess ???

Er is the worst in Pittsburgh. Go there if you want to die. I check my self out after waiting 8 hours. 6 other people did the same.

I arrived a few minutes early & I was called back ON THE DOT of my appt time. Once the nurse was done asking questions in my room, I did not wait even 5 minutes before the Dr came in. Quickest appt of my entire LIFE. Unbelievable efficiency! :)

I want to take this opportunity to complement and thank the terrific team from Methodist Willowbrook Breast Care Center. My appointment on August 24, 2022 went like clockwork. There was minimal wait time to be seen. Anita Caitlin, my mammography technician, was professional, encouraging, and caring throughout the mammogram. Tori , my bone density technician , was also kind, considerate, and thorough during this test. The worst hospital I've ever been too. Not only did they burn a hole in my skin from IV morphine leaking on my arm as I screamed in pain for an hour... I now have a hole intended in my arm but recently I was there and they failed to treat severe pain or explain the scans they did. My husband and I began treatment with AHN – Dr. Balmir in 2019 due to over 4 years of trying naturally to have a child without any success. Early in our involvement, I learned that my AMH level was low at .4 and I was diagnosed with Diminished Ovarian Reserve. We proceeded with 3 medicated IUI’s – none of which resulted in a pregnancy. I had the worst experience at this hospital. If you care about yourself and loved ones, especially if you are black, be careful about your care. The ER is full of nursing staff who are inept in some of their nursing skills, and they are rude to the patients . I am a retired Registered Nurse with 23 years combined service in nursing, NA/HHA/HHN/LPN/RN). My mother has been calling and going to this office since May and they’ve hung up on us three times. Still can’t get them to send the proper paperwork to her Insurance so she can get her test done.They keep forcing a referral to smiles Imaging and not the office that is closer to my mothers house. Do they have some sort of deal with smiles where she can only get her test done there? Because that’s what it sounds like. Terrible service from them! Don’t blame Holly Tree for any problems you may have. The problem is really Bon Secours who dictates what goes on there now. Not the same as it was and will never be again. When you call their number you are not teaching them. Bon Secours calls the shots. What a shame I used to know everyone there. Now all new faces. So sad.
