After insurance deduction, an appointment for antibiotics due to a bad cold cost me more than $450! Billing Made NO SENSE. When I asked what the charges on my bill were for, the accounting office was unable to explain them to me. All I was told is that each individual doctor makes up his or her own pricing.
Waiting for diagnosis from specialist tomorrow. Had a doctor review MyChart and I was certainly ill as indicated by lab results. After reading notes, I am shocked that any of these so called professionals are allowed to create anecdotal records on anyone. I was unable to stand or hardly sit up due to nausea, feeling faint, dehydration after violent stomach bug and vomiting black liquid and having black diarrhea so my husband took me to Sentara Leigh, I have seen friends receive amazing care in rooms after being admitted. ... read more
Horrible service!!!
Don’t go to this hospital. They shut out Covid families from seeing their relatives for months on end. They lie and manipulate family members in order to get as much money as possible from a “Covid” death. What a disgrace of a hospital. It should be shut down.
Just take a look outside this hospital. You’ll see desperate family members waiting outside and in their cars just to be let inside to see their family members in Covid units. Drs and nurses routinely and without cause deny family members the right to see loved ones in Covid units. This hospital is actively trying to kill “Covid” patients to extract as much money as possible. This hospital should be shut down. Avoid this hospital at all cost.
Billing is terrible - this company does a terrible job of billing and collecting insurance information - then sends you to a collection agency. They are scammers! avoid at all costs.
My sister was there for 11 days and they had NO HOT WATER for showers! Unacceptable!!!! That’s abuse
My loving husband of 13 years and father of my 9 year old son died as a result of severe medical negligence inflicted upon him by ICU staff at St. Mary's Hospital on Bremo Rd.. He went in needing IV fluids bc his BP medication made him sick to his stomach. As soon as they found out he wasn't COVID vaxxed they labeled his diagnosis as COVID pneumonia.
