Even though they may be in your insurance network, they will send your ultrasound or other imaging to an out of network doctor to be read resulting in you getting extra out of network bills. They never gave me a choice of who would read my ultrasound so I might know or have a chance to check if they were covered by my insurance. Unethical, bad business, unhappy.

I see why there are so many one star review if this office. First, a two minute visit with a NP was $461, not including the lab work. When we had to go back several days later because my wife wasn't getting better, she ordered a cat scan. I guess no one at the office is smart enough to work a fax machine to get the orders sent, so I had to drive 20 miles back to their office to pick up a hard copy to take to the imagine center we requested, which is in the office RIGHT NEXT DOOR!! So, I went to the Emergency Room at UPMC's West Shore Hospital in Mechanicsburg, PA. I was experiencing shortness of breath, with a persistent cough, and I couldn't fill my lungs without starting a coughing jag. It's a good thing that I left the ER - without being treated - after EIGHT HOURS. My son went to the emergency room and the doctor was awful! She didn't care at all. Absolutely the worse emergency room we have ever been too. Upmc does have great emergency room hospitals but not this one. Awful awful awful, that doctor needs to be fired. She was racist!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any doctor. He body shamed me & assumed that my weight was due to my lack of food control intake which is nowhere near the case. His insulting comment was just put down the donut...

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life and I am not young. I laid in the emergency room hallway for 8 hours and was refused any water or liquid. They did give me pain pills for my broken femur but did not hook me up to any monitor or anything because they had no open rooms. 8 hours. Then the day nurses, night time nurses were wonderful, but daytime nurses gave me, unprescribed!, Benadryl in addition to the prescribed Narco. I could have died. They made it right! A mistake in my husband’s name when filing with his health insurance resulted in his bill going to collection. One phone call & it was re-filed with correct name! Receiving a statement from US Acute Care Solutions, rather than the Hospital ER we visited, had me thinking it was a scam. They made it right. Thank you!
