I would give cardiac ICU 7 OUT OF 5. Step observation unit -10 nurses uncaring overworked there for a job. If you question were you medication is because it's late. Answer "I'm working on" With an attitude. Sad scary to leave my loved one there.

I called the number ten times and the receptionist picked up the phone and then hung up. When I called claiming I was a doctor's office, they forwarded me back to the same line and the receptionist picked up the phone and then hung up.

No sense of urgency for grandparent. Many of the workers there had attitude and whispered to each other knowing me and my sister were in visible distress. Everyone had blank expressions. Isn't the hospital supposed to have workers that have empathy for people? Courtney at the front desk should not be working at a front desk of a hospital. My sister asks why couldn't she help my grandpa on the wheelchair. She proceeds to say "I'm not a nurse." You work in the ER, you should have gotten a nurse. Very disappointing.

Seriously, if you have a medical problem requiring an Emergency Room visit at Corning Hospital, walk Away , and get yourself to another hospital Fast !

Dr. Phillips has been my PCP for years. He is an awesome and educated Physician and listens to his patients. His staff is beyond stupendous! I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had it not been for Dr. Phillips immediate action and referrals to other Doctors it could have gotten much worse than it did. I am having surgery in just 5 days to remove the cancer. Dr. Phillips is on top of everything as this has been a very challenging and worrisome time. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips for anyone seeking a PCP - in my opinion... read more

The ER at Sinai Hospital is the worst ever. I would not recommend this ER to anyone. The knowledge and the communication skills of the staff in this hospital is a - 0. The only answer the staff will give you is “ I don’t know “, that is their respond to any question you ask. They will not provide you with your test results and they definitely will not share any updates regarding your condition , again answer is I don’t know. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. 🙄😒 I would bet good money many of the five star reviews are completely fraudulent and fabricated. I waited several hours, (even after others who had come after me) just to get my vital signs checked and the absolute bare minimum testing was done concerning nearly every complaint. I walked out nearly just as clueless as when I came in about my main concern. The worst experience I ever had in an emergency room. Needed an emergency chest x-ray and was waiting over 4 hours to be seen. Couldn’t breathe while I was waiting it was hurting to breathe. Front desk emergency room worker who was working on 11/27 at 4:00 pm is the rudest person and should not be working with people.
