Horrific, awful, terrible experience with this entire organization. Run screaming from this place. There are other more compassionate radiology studios that will take better care of you – find one, go there – stay as far as you can from Disgusting Darien Imaging Center. I had a mammography and an abdominal ultrasound performed on the same day. They promise same day film reads when you book your appointment and tell you otherwise when you arrive. Worset experience. Staff very rude. I have decaying teeth and need dentures. Bedside manner of all of the staff very unprofessional. While I was having work done sounded like there was a party going on with laughing and joking. The Dentist that was pulling my teeth out he was talking about his love life with his partner to the dental assistant while pulling my teeth. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Front staff very rude. Janetta the lead housekeeper is racist and very rude to the housekeepers. I seen her and the way she acts with Caucasian’s and African Americans and it’s a world of difference she needs to be fired. Never seen someone like that. She is very disrespectful. If I could give a 0 I would

I had an appointment today for a lung scan and wanted to share how wonderful Leroy and Taula were. They were so informative and made me feel so at ease. I felt like I left there with two new friends. I highly recommend anyone who needs to have an appointment to have it done there. Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Houston Methodist West Hospital we had bad experience when we went visit my 2nd time. Charge Nurse was younger no compassion toward family and she toward 5th floor. She is very cold and escorted us from my daughter room 5154 looks like we are criminal even though my daughter restrict her time visitation. Your mission toward Patient and Family She could treat us in different way with caring. 01/10/2023

I never felt the need to write a review before. Until now! I have been to the ER at Merits just a a couple of times. I always told everyone how well I was treated. Until last week! I am 65 and had covid. I couldn't stop coughing long enough to breath. When I got there by ambulance. I was pushed into a room. A doctor stuck this head in and ask what was happening. He left. AS A PATIENT AT THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM FOR 24HOURS. IT WAS THE FILTHIEST ROOM I HAVE BEEN IN IN A LONG TIME. TRASH CAN WAS NOT EMPTIED AND OVERFOWING ONTO THE FLOOR, MEDICAL PACKAGING WS THROWN ON THE FLOOR AND THE ROOM HADN'T SWEPPT WHO WHO KNOWS HOW LONG MY COMPLAINT TO HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR AND A MEMBER OF THE ADMINISTRATION TEAM OF THE HOSPITAL FELL ON DEAF EARS AND THE ROOM WASN'T CLEANED AT THE TIME OF MY TRANSFER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL.
