If you want your loved one to live or have a chance at survival don't go here. If you are someone Hispanic origin they will let you die. They won't bother. They put excuse to get an interpreter and won't do their rounds. They will not listen to the family members and say I don't speak Spanish and leave. Sitting here for an hour, watching these nurses chitchat about nothing and gossiping while my wife is sitting here suffering haven’t even taken her blood sample from an hour ago pissed off. Checked in with three women and one man doing escape game scenarios with only one person working totally unprofessional should’ve taken her to Lakemont Ave., Winter Park hospital.

If you want to be completely ignored and left alone in a room calling for a nurse for 1.5 hours this is the perfect place for you. They also are poor listeners and will literally put stuff in your MyChart that is completely made up.

I had to take my wife to the emergency room and was told to wait. The front desk staff were talking amongst themselves and laughing. I waited for 5 minutes and finally said something to them. I told them that when I walked into the Emergency Room it clearly stated "Emergency Room" and not the "Chill Room". Within seconds we were called up and helped. My recommendation is not to go there after the hours of 9pm. The front desk staff seems to not understand the importance of their job. Luckily, my wife was not seriously ... read more

Horrible service, i went 2 days go because I'm having low back pain all they did give me medication and do PT , they told me they were going to do MRI's and keep me for observation, and they didn't, and they still charge me for it. please don't come to this Er. I spoke to a neurologist there he was trying to say that nothing is wrong with me that I'm ok, but I'm not I'm in so much pain, and now I'm stuck with a bill of almost 5,000dollars.

I’ve been sitting here in the ER waiting room for 7 HOURS with my 80 year old sick father. According to his portal, his test results were in 4 hours ago. The woman at the front desk that checked us in (7 hours ago), was very disrespectful to my dad, so I’m hesitant to ask if we’ll be seen anytime soon.

I had to have routine blood work done. I went to Mercy clermont county ohio. When checking at receptionist desk, i was told that my "estimate" charges for the blood work would be ~$190 and this needed to be paid to get my blood work done. They said they contacted my insurance company United Health Care and this is what I owed. And if I paid them right away they would give me 20% off the $190. So i paid mercy $150. . They are the worst providers I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment for myself in December. I got a call to reschedule and the reason Doctor was not available. 2nd reschedule doctor sick. 3rd reschedule Doctor was not available. 4th reschedule with a new doctor. I confirmed that the doctor was female but when I googled her background turned out the doctor was a male.
