Absolutely Horrible. From the administrative staff to the doctors themselves they do Not care at all about their patients! Almost impossible to schedule with a doctor within the year, and extremely Rude. I wish I could give Negative stars!

Dealing with their payments department is absolutely horrendous. I had a procedure done. The morning of the procedure they went through the invoice with me and explained I owed c. $1660 after insurance. They asked me to pay it upfront so I did. three months after the procedure I got an additional invoice for c. $607. I contacted them and they said the original was only an "estimate"! which is totally contradictory to what I was told on the day. Broken Bed: On 03/06/2023, since I woke up in the bed there was no possibility to get the bottom/feet elevated to neutral position. The bed bottom end was undesirably dropping down, which was extremely uncomfortable and not recommended for the leg/foot circulation . Every day I made aware nurses and other hospital staff. No action was taken until I was discharged on 03/10/2023. Room cleaning: every day a cleaning lady picked up garbage and wiped the floor. However, the tray and TV remote were never wiped. The beginning of my experience when I went to the ER at is described below. UPDATE: When I was transferred to the 3rd floor of St. Francis downtown Greenville, I received world class care from great people.
I can't believe I'm laying in an ER with serious issues with a so called nurse who refused to properly ID herself after she developed an attitude when I didn't want the auto BP because auto BPs always provides an inaccurate reading. Accurate information is a priority, but the person in question simply said she was not going to manually take my blood pressure. Research will prevail and I'm making a formal complaint to the SC Nursing Board and any other organization with oversight in this kind of situation.
It would be much be much better if you can arrive at this fu— up. Hospital dead. Then you won’t have to sit in a chair and wait 8 or 10 hours. Are we really living in the United States. I came to this ER in Katy thinking I would be helped. Bullshi—. Wasted my whole day .8 hours just sitting and then to let these monkeys poke my arms with needles. Had a health emergency do we went to clermont county Ohio hospital. We were only the 2nd person in the emergency room and it is hours and we still have not been seen.. I thought this was an emergency room inside a hospital. I do not under stand why this emergency room take so long to see people in an emergency. I thought a emergency was something that should be fast. I will never come to this emergency room again for help. I will drive 100 miles away before I come here. My wife and I was sent here by New Albany Urgent care. Once we arrived for the entire time they had only on person working check in. We then sat for over 5 hours. While we saw Nurse sitting at the Nurse station talking most of the time. They said they had a bunch of ambulances I never heard or saw on come in. They lost my wife’s urine and said that would help.
