I am very disappointed with the Imaging Department staff especially the supervisor Hector/Oscar and the so-called person who identified herself as "imaging", which I identify as a "KAREN". My spouse was having a procedure done on Friday 4/28/2023. My daughter and I could always be in the same room while the procedure was being performed, this changed to where we had to leave the room now because of the procedure, and it was ok to wait in the hallway or the waiting room. Absolutely hate that you have to give any stars! I would not even bring an enemy to this god awful hospital! EVERY SINGLE POS NURSE ON THE ICU UNIT SHOULD BE FIRED AND RIPPED OF THE NURSING LICENSE THAT THEY CLEARLY GOT OUT OF A CRACKER JACK BOX! Their billing department is the WORST. They made up a fake bill and sent it to me. I was confused so asked for an itemized bill to be sent they sent it and it said it was for the Dr bill - the Dr doesn’t even do billing through them! So they said they would look into it. Months later I get the same bill but they changed it to say it’s for the emergency department. And the event that they are claiming this bill belongs to doesn’t even have the same account number! tay far far away from the Radioligy dept. They will tell you they are in network and they are for facility charges. What they do not tell you despite you asking repeatedly is there professionals really bill through a company called Sonoran Radioligy. This a shell company of Southwest Medical Imaging designed just for that purpose!! They are puposley ignorant. This is in vilolation of the no surprise billing act!!!!

I went there for dizziness complaints and was put on a gurney in a hallway for 1 hr 15 min receiving an IV for dehydration and a sedative. I was quickly put in a wheelchair and left at the front door since i was uninsured and told i need to get a ride home now despite little improvement. I had to seek care from another Dr the following day. I was billed $ 2000.00 for poor care and some which i never received. I was 85 years old and needed an artificial valve in my aorta last year. I did not understand what the procedure would be like. I was scared and did not know anybody who had had this procedure. Dr. Kiramijyan explained simply so I could understand exactly what the operation would be like. He was very kind and spent time with me explaining and drawing diagrams of what would happen.
