I have never met a less caring doctor than Dr dreznick. I have contacted him when I was experiencing pain and he refused to get on the phone with me or return my call. I find he is totally indifferent to the needs of his patients.
The back office scheduling and question answering service for the Medical Group is as bad as I have seen in any area of business. No returned calls, poor coordination of prescription refills and failed technology for tele visits. I would never use this organization based on how ridiculously bad the process is of even seeing a doctor.
On 5/11, I went to this location hoping to get strep tested as I was experiencing horrible throat pain and congestion. The doctor was in my room for all of 5 minutes, scolded my husband for not wearing a mask, barely looked at me, told me “being a mom you’re going to get what your kids bring home” and told me to push fluids and I needed antibiotics. Absolutely the worst doctor experience I have ever had. I have never left a doctor review. Will not go into details. After 5-10 minutes I left the office shaking. Less I say the better.

I hate the service in ER. My rating is zero
The personnel at OhioHealth Emergency Care are kind, caring, competent, knowledgeable and compassionate. I arrived in considerable pain. While waiting for my turn to see the medical staff, the staff of the waiting area did all they could to make me comfortable. The medical staff did relieve my pain with expertise and skill. They followed up by sending a detailed message to the surgeon dealing with my issue. I highly recommend Ohio Health Emergency Care for anyone in distress.
DO NOT GO TO THIS ER. This was by far the least friendly staffed hospital I have ever been to in my existence. My girlfriend and I were visiting family from out of state. She injures her shoulder falling early in the morning so we proceed to closest ER. She is in an eminence amount pain and discomfort so they decided to take a X-RAY. X-RAY results come back negative for any breaks or fractures. They then immediately dismiss us after being told there is no breaks or fractures and don’t recommend she seek further imaging. I would give no stars if I could. I went to the ER after a fall and had back pain. The doctor didn’t even do an x-ray , he just gave me viicodin and sent me home. Later I went to my VA hospital and it turned out to be a crushed fracture. I so wiished I would have sued that doctor but statute of limitations ran out.
