My son recently had two small surgical procedures here, and I truly cannot say enough about this place and its incredible staff. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and safe, and they made sure we, as parents, understood every single detail of the procedures. Aside from a rather confusing layout, this facility is pretty nice. The security personnel could use additional training for guiding people to where they need to go, or a downloadable app should be created so people can tie into Googlemaps to figure out how to get to where they need to be. The staff seem very friendly and courteous, and more than willing to help guide lost patients and guests. Still, the confusing layout causes me to deduct one star.
