And their patent relations department is downright nasty.

Besides INOVA emergency care being subpar (on a gurney in the hallway during the entire care), billing was outrageous, payment and collection agency practices also the worst I have experienced.

These clowns can’t do anything right. From screwing up the billing, to not actually talking to their patients, to nurses and doctors ignoring patients. We deserve better than this circus.
All I know is INOVA took over Vienna Family Medicine where I have gone for over 30 years and received great service. Now instead of a couple minute wait to get a live voice, it was over 20 minutes. I have to sign in to the INOVA portal which after the 15-minute process was kicked back for no reason. They have a help desk number for their portal.
