Well it was a quick wait. I brought my daughter here last night after having a fever over 100 all day. They tested for Covid Flu and strep and said all were negative and that she would get over it in a few days. Well needless to say my mommy instincts were not sitting right and went for a second opinion a few hours later at a different emergency room. Lo and Behold she was positive for strep. They were very dismissive despite the circumstances.Not impressed with the service and will not be returning.
I spent over 4 hours at the ER and was given no answers. Dr did not discuss blood work or other results with me which would have helped me ask better questions to advocate for myself. I instead had to use those results when I got home to go to an urgent care to get help. My main reason for visiting was not fully addressed, the Dr assumed I was pregnant, and when that was not the case I was essentially dismissed instead of addressing my concern, again having to go elsewhere when this could have been done by the ER. Great Dr's and Nurses only issue I had was when I got there was told to take a seat woyld be called up in minute. Literally everyone who was checked in went back I had to ask security guard 20 mins later when I was gonna be checked in since I was only one sitting there he said im so sorry I forgot to tell you I forgot you were there. Other then that was awesome staff
Took my son to the emergency room because of a possible trauma to the eye. Waited for an hour (!) for anyone to look at him. They conducted a couple tests but no one knew how to address the issue properly, yet was charged $1450! Proper, ethical care at its best!
Nurse Kyle and team took care of my 2 yr old promptly on a Sat morning. It was our first time visiting this ER. It wasn’t busy in the waiting room. I like that Nurse Kyle and Dr. let me hold my son while he was weighed, during the taking of vitals and giving him meds.
