This place is fabulous! My daughter had 2 concussions within 3 months and they treated her especially well by showing compassion, genuine concern and attentiveness. The NP actually took time to listen and made her feel like she was the only patient she had to attend to. The techs that helped in her evaluation and recovery were thorough, relatable and patient! I swear by this concussion clinic!
How do you rate a facility where the practitioners, therapies & administrative staff are lovely, genuine, highly skilled & SO helpful to their patients, BUT the 'system', tools & parameters they are given to work with are perhaps not so wonderful. I agree with the other reviews that it's extremely difficult to get ahold of the office when trying to schedule as a new patient. However, once you are on their schedule, they are absolutely lovely and phenomenal to work with!
My experience with them was great. They got us in as soon as they could and gave lots of awesome instruction for recovery.
