8280 Suite 300 front desk the worst! Lacy and weakest Doctors are very good there but the front desk are the worst! Instead of helping the patients they’re mocking at you whispering with the coworkers all of them sucks!! Very nonprofessional behavior
The worst place and department in INOVA I have ever see
This place is a HIPAA violation and they don’t care. I’ve been getting messages for weeks and now a voicemail from this office about a child’s doctor appointments—appointments that have nothing to do with me. I don’t have a child, yet I now know this child’s and parent’s full names, the doctor’s name, the department, appointment times, and the location. My children have been on the waiting list for almost 2 years.
Just spoke to two reps from Inova Children's Developmental Pediatrics. If the reps are so rude, incompetent and such low standards of customer service, you can only imagine. This hospital makes it 1000 times difficult to get an appointment with a Dr. Worst place to deal with. Avoid this place at all cost
