I wanted to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Diora. She is an outstanding specialist, and she was the only one who was able to detect the tumor near my son’s eye. Before that, we had visited at least 10 doctors, and all of them saw only an allergy. Thank you Dr. Diora!
Update: 4 years later still waiting on that call…. I went to Medstar in Tenleytown. I was able to see a doctor in 2 months. My children have been on the waiting list for almost 2 years.
Poor communication. Scheduling an appointment was frustrating, longest wait time just for someone to answer plus unreturned calls when selecting the option. This office seriously needs to improve how they communicate with patients.
I’m not sure why most people gave bad reviews, but I personally have great experience with their office, front office, and doctors. They helped my son a lot, and the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, when I had administrative requests, e.g. needed additional documentation, the office was very quick to help and resolve my issues. Thank you!
Not able to add my picture, but the waiting area has a huge gay pride flag hanging by the front desk area. I don’t see the need to push for pride in a pediatric office? This leads me to think someone that works there is obviously pushing their views in the workplace or that the location provided gender affirming care? Which one is it?
