Love Inova but would not recommend this Office. I’ve been here a few times and Doctor refuses to help me each time I’ve asked her to help me with some issues. One of the visits led to a very unexpected severe amount of pain that I had to be rushed to the ER. No one in the office or the doctor herself really showed much care/ concern or even followed up with me to see if I was OK after that situation. Zero compassion. Do better. No one deserves that kind of care.
Everything is fine when I am physically at my appointments—the staff are professional and cordial, very helpful. However, there is a severe disconnect between the clinic providers and the scheduling/radiology departments. I have faced repeated issues with providers incorrectly coding orders for prescriptions and ultrasounds, and failing to recognize standard Inova protocols for gestational age scheduling. My experience here was deeply disappointing and unnecessarily stressful during a medical situation where clarity and compassion mattered. I came in with ongoing abnormal bleeding and was treated like I was an inconvenience for needing help. Communication was poor from start to finish.
