I went to this urgent care because the one I usually go to was closed. I sat in a room for two hours with back pain from a fall. The doctor lied to me to my face, gave me a shot of medication, would not order tests to be done for my back and gave me a sloppy print out for medtronics that I could have found myself it I would have just stayed home. She told me to give up on my health conditions and then wrote in my chart that I have a mood disorder. Very unprofessional. Go to Patient First.

Worst place ever with the worst manager and staff, not willing to help, being racism as I’m Arab and Muslim, even the police officer who came was taking his side I believe for the same reason, even though I had a heart attack 5 months ago, still he doesn’t want to help.

Every time I visit the office, Lucero makes the experience truly outstanding. She is always available to help, even when I request last-minute appointments, she goes out of her way to accommodate me. Her caring bedside manner truly makes being unwell a lot easier to handle. Dr. Fellah is also a delight, she’s warm, approachable, and takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, making sure I always feel well cared for.
