I have not been in to this office in almost a year - and I know the Dr. is a great person to talk to and listen to. She is very informative. The call desk however SUCKS. I have spent more than an hour trying to get through to someone. I tried to call earlier, finally picked the "save your place in line" but never got a call back. Called again, and its been a half hour trying to get through to A SINGLE PERSON. I think it is about time to drive over and give them a piece of my mind.
I've been trying to get a prescription filled for the past week. The young lady that answered the phone said that she will send a message to the Dr, that was 3 days ago. Walmart said they have been calling since last Tuesday and no one picks up the phone.
Exceptional Care for My Wife – Thank You, Dr. Luisa and Team! My wife recently visited this clinic for multiple issues, including vertigo (inner ear balance), migraines, and low back pain.
