Just got to say what an amazing place this is. I have received the absolute best care here. From Roxanna and Lithna at the front desk all the way to Dr Nyugen as my primary care. I have honestly never been to a better place . Percent total care and the helped me so much . Thank you , all of you for making my life better!!

I wish I could give 0 stars to the customer service experience of this place. The doctor's here are wonderful, but the front receptionist service is horrible. When you call this place to make any type of appointment they never answer the phone, and they have 2 receptionist. They have this one older receptionist who's always on her phone and does nothing at the front. Hire me please, I would love to get payed to do nothing here and not answer any calls. I went here during COVID and got great treatment ...Evusheld shots. Last night you guessed it, I tested positive for Covid. The ER Dr argued I had a cough long enough that I was past the point Paxovlid would work. Um no, I've had a cough since I had cancer years ago. He DIDNT listen. Thenafe some argument about Emergency use treatment only..for monoclonal antibodies which I did not request.
