Lovely people, professional and nice. Me and my oldest daughter donated to give to my son when he had open heart surgery. They had a process in place for parents like me who wanted to have blood ready for their child's surgery. He didn't end up needing it, thus the blood went to other people who did.
Always a pleasant experience - such nice people there
Very friendly and caring people. Made me feel comfortable and even kept their word about the free gift I would have received if I had gone to the blood drive I originally had an appointment for instead of my vacation 10 days earlier.
Been donating for 20 years, I drive to Annandale because I know and love the staff at Woodburn. Always fast and efficient!
Walked in (no appointment). Was 'interviewed' promptly and was then taken to a donation chair. (Also, nice to see familiar faces among the staff!)
