the receptionist was at the front desk on a personal call, complaining about patients, the entire time i was there which was over thirty minutes. i know way more about a man named paul than i care to.
Tried to get appointment for 3 months...finally got an appointment, then I get a call asking me to reschedule. I'm DONE with this lame and, in my opinion, incompetent practice. Compassion rating? ZERO.
Do not go to Dr Patwa for any services. He does not care about his patients. He refused to listen to our family in regards to our mother’s health. We tried reaching out to him to no avail. He will not dig in or help his patients. Find a doctor who really wants to help his patients.
Do not try this place! They are beyond unprofessional, the are straight ghetto. I had to call 5 time before I was able to make an appointment, and didn’t get any information smh. While calling trying to be responsible for my mental health I was hung up on, talked rudely to. I tried to cancel my appointment and spoke with Sharmain 7/20 around 1:50pm who hung up on my and sent me a confirmation for my appointment instead of canceling. Absolutely terrible doc, and I've been with multiple docs. This one ranks as one of the worst. 0 bedside manners, 0 understanding of psychiatry, and pretty much wants you to do exactly what he wants you to be on rather than working on finding a solution tailored to your needs. Trust me, there's WAY better P-Docs out there! I guarantee you the 5 star reviews are absolutely fake and you'll know that as soon as you spend 30 seconds with him!
