Wow, that Doctor at the Primary Care (1st floor) was so rude and condescending. Kinda makes me wonder why he picked this job to begin with. Just a gentle reminder that your patients are not supposed to know everything about what’s wrong with our healthcare system. It makes no sense to come down on us. But we are the ones who keep this broken system running. A little gratitude can go a long way. Bet they don’t teach you that in med school.

I waited over 2 months for my first appointment and they called to cancel it less than 24 hours beforehand. The only option I got was to go to another office at an inconvenient time and at an inconvenient location so I could Skype with some other doctor. No thanks.
