Bad place to attend therapy. I tell doctor to keep some information in private, and she lie to me. She said oh yes, anything that you don’t want to be share, I will not added. At the end, she shared more than the necessary. I trust doctor Songki Park, but she lied to me. I was trying to cancel the appointment, but she stated, trust me I will not include that part, but she did it. She violated my privacy rights and now I am open a case to dispute this. Very uncomfortable situation.

I am an established patient with Dr.Moore and very much appreciate that he’s helpful and sane. I’ve never had anything but helpful experiences with the staff behind the desk. The black lady who answers the phone is especially kind. I do feel sorry for patients in need of psych care, as well as providers, because we don’t have enough doctors in this field. I’m very lucky to already be established.

Getting a refill for needed medication is very difficult. We have been trying since last week but nurses don't look at messages or listen to voicemails. And of course there is no help over the weekend. They don't seem to comprehend that we cannot be without this medication, there is no room for lapses. All they tell is us "get an appointment and then we can refill." No phone call or personal service here. And then more days go by. We had to beg our pharmacy to give us a few pills to tide my son over. Ridiculous.

I came here early in the morning. The staff were very helpful, and both the doctor and nurses were friendly and provided excellent service.

Terrible place I started therapy here only had one session with this person she was rude and very disrespectful screamed at me asking me why I was here for and to top it off wrote some things about me on my chart notes that weren’t even true I will most likely be calling to talk to a supervisor to complain about her I will not be using this service EVER especially when it comes to my mental Health Tara T is the therapist name.
