Excellent psychiatric care and a well-run practice. Nurse Park is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She takes the time to explain treatment plans clearly and answers all questions. Bad place to attend therapy. I tell doctor to keep some information in private, and she lie to me. She said oh yes, anything that you don’t want to be share, I will not added. At the end, she shared more than the necessary. I trust doctor Songki Park, but she lied to me. I was trying to cancel the appointment, but she stated, trust me I will not include that part, but she did it. She violated my privacy rights and now I am open a case to dispute this. Very uncomfortable situation.

I am an established patient with Dr.Moore and very much appreciate that he’s helpful and sane. I’ve never had anything but helpful experiences with the staff behind the desk. The black lady who answers the phone is especially kind. I do feel sorry for patients in need of psych care, as well as providers, because we don’t have enough doctors in this field. I’m very lucky to already be established.
