RecommendedThe staff was efficient and very nice, although I had arrived late to the appointment. The mammogram equipment seemed like the latest available. The one downside was that the staff member that performed the mammogram did not remove the bandages and I had to do that when I got home and it was very uncomfortable.
After spending over half an hour talking to someone who identified themselves as a nurse, I was transferred to my cardiologists office to pick up my search. The search had been for a referral to a correct neurologist for my husband who is experiencing neurological symptoms and needs to be evaluated. My cardiologist’s office quickly realized that I should not have been transferred there, and she is now trying to help me by hunting down who I can actually talk to. RecommendedKind and competent from start to finish. Ending up in the hospital is never pleasant, but I was glad I chose to come here rather than elsewhere. I am so very pleased with the level of care provided.

Long wait times. Staff unable to triage & prioritize patients properly. Rude staff. Don't come unless you want to take a chance on getting worse while sitting in the er waiting room. More than 5 hours later not much has changed. They ask if you need anything & then never come back to address your requests.
