Very poor customer service! I called every week from February 6 to Mar 23 regarding my 95 year old mother. No one ever returned my call. When I got through to the intake person she never explained that they don’t accept patients who are in a nursing facility. The same person sent our intake forms to the wrong email address. Finally, today after six weeks, her manager explained how they operate.
