We have 9 luxury rentals and Ino-Mar does them all. Her teams are amazing compared to other companies in the area. They have never missed a cleaning and always do a great job, highly recommend!
The most medium job. They were nice, but obviously not trained. I could have just done it myself without ruining my things & leaving everything disheveled. Also, texted me as they arrived so I didn’t get outside fast enough & they knocked on 2 other doors instead of calling, like I specified when booking (confusing apartment setup). Overall, not worth the trouble unless you’re in a bind.
I have been using Inomar Cleaning Services for several Airbnbs in Malibu and have always been impressed by their quality and prompt communication. The owner Ino is also wonderful to work with!
Inocencia and her team are true miracle workers! My boyfriend and I moved into our rented house a few months ago and were told by the owner that the home would be cleaned before we arrived. To our surprise, we found that the house was dirty and even somewhat neglected on our move-in day. I was embarrassed and very disappointed, and put off calling a service to help me.
