This is our second time renting an Innslake Place apartment! The location within Innsbrook is super convenient to the interstate and offers easy access to all the amenities afforded by living in suburbia. Love the lake and trails around it - just across the street - which provide an opportunity to be in nature in the heart of Short Pump. The deck parking is great, too. The leasing process was smooth sailing. Both Kelsey and Landon are wonderful at what they do. They call you by your name which is so small but it means a lot. The apartment itself is really nice and modern. It is a good diversity of people living here which is really nice too. They have a garage which came in handy this winter!! The walls are thin and you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing. But if you turn on the fan or some form of white noise, it’s not bad. I truly enjoyed my stay here.
Kelsey and Landon are the best thing since peanut butter. I would recommend Innslake to anyone. :)
