FYI 7/2026: Pegasus is being sued for charging fees they aren't allowed to charge, per VA law. It's a class action lawsuit, so if you get an email about it-it is in fact true! We lived it so you don't have to! My husband and I moved here in February, 2022 after losing everything we owned in a house fire. We were grateful that they were so easy to work with and got us in quickly as we had no where to go with our two dogs and ourselves. But that was right before Pegasus took over. I’ve been living at Innslake Place for roughly 5 years and have had a good experience. Landon is also a great property manager and is always very helpful with anything that comes up.
Apart from being a well maintained property with great amenities, in a great location, what made our stay here really pleasant and memorable were the lovely management staff, especially Landon and Bee. They responded to our needs with patience and empathy. Highly recommend this place!
I appreciate Jermaine in Maintenance Fast, friendly, and efficient! He resolved my issue the same day and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thank you
