Let me say this Innslake with being in property management that Jermaine, the Maintenance Supervisor, was very helpful during my visit and truly showed how much he cares about the property. His professionalism and quick attention to a friends move in was amazing especially coming on a weekend. That makes a big difference.! He is a keeper ! You SURE DONT FIND MANY MAINT.SUPV. LIKE HIM . The leasing process was smooth and hassle-free—Bee and Landon were especially helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. Our apartment was filled with Mold for over two years. I had to get rid of all of my kitchen appliances (waffle maker, blender, crockpot and more), i had to throw out my childrens bikes, crib and get rid of most of my shoes because they were covered in mold. Ive lost so much money and memories. Not only did they say I was responsible for the first year but when it continued they finally did a full inspection and saw it was in the vents.
