Karen has been excellent for us. She works with Tricare and has been a great provider for my kid. She’s professional. She listens well. She communicates well with us. My teen trusts her. 100% recommend.
Horrible, she had me scheduled for the wrong day and is insisting I pay a cancellation fee for her mistake.
