funny and disrespectful broker working there . let me explain in detail so when this company replies they dont need to waste time. basically i called in on a load 12-4-25 asked for 100$ more truck was 45miles out. he said no dont bother and just hangs up. today i called 12-5-25 i see the rate is posted with 100$ more which works. called the same guy said who i am boom he just hangs up. funny how these old guys working in the industry have too much pride. cant swallow your pride get out of the business. i will make su... read more

Met with broker Mitch at my pickup location . He was nice and professional and thank me for my service which is very much appreciated and this doesn't happen to often from brokers so Mitch stands out from the rest. May look forward to using innovative worldwide in near future once I purchase my own truck

These people come off as racist people… I called on 2 different loads and the first in the midst of our conversation he said the load was covered but it remained on the load board. When I called on a different load, I kept going to their voicemail. The 3rd time I called they had a white lady to answer and she didn’t gather any information. She just said the load was covered really quick. Ten minutes later both loads remains on the load board. Wow! Two days ago was the first time I actually met a Broker face to face. He works for Innovative Logistics. Not only did he escort me to the almost hidden location, but also brought doughnuts and assisted in securing the load. Thanks Mitch!
