Met with broker Mitch at my pickup location . He was nice and professional and thank me for my service which is very much appreciated and this doesn't happen to often from brokers so Mitch stands out from the rest. May look forward to using innovative worldwide in near future once I purchase my own truck

These people come off as racist people… I called on 2 different loads and the first in the midst of our conversation he said the load was covered but it remained on the load board. When I called on a different load, I kept going to their voicemail. The 3rd time I called they had a white lady to answer and she didn’t gather any information. She just said the load was covered really quick. Ten minutes later both loads remains on the load board.
