This is hands down one of the best companies I have spoken to in regard to tax relief. I have spoken with their competitor, and they were extremely rude and did not have the ability to answer my questions in a clear manner. Once everything was said and done, I was happy I made the choice to go ahead with ITR.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about my business tax debt. I wasn't sure they could do anything, but they were able to help me get protected while getting everything taken care of, so now i don't have to stress about losing my company

I was able to save so much money using this company. They’re very professional and were able to get me through these tough times. Also, any questions I had asked, they had no hesitation to answer them. A lot of other companies beat around the bush. Not these guys! Solid service.

Carmine was very professional. My only problem is now each time I do my income tax, the refund goes to the IRS. I thought paying the amount I paid would alleviate further taking of my refunds.

If you have been searching for a good tax relief company like me, then you know that they're hard to find. I have called so many of these companies and ITR was the best fit. They provided me with honest, realistic, and obtainable goals. They didn't tell me what I WANTED to hear, they told me the truth. That alone was enough for them to gain my business. 10/10

My experience with Innovative Tax Relief, LLC, has been great so far. My Case Manager Josue Q******* really got to work on my case. He showed outstanding customer service in providing immediate attention to my situation. All of the staff whom I dealt with really worked hard to help me. When I first contacted them I spoke with Mr. Charles R****** and he got right on my case. My matter was time sensitive but these people got it done. I am so glad I was able to find a tax relief company that doesn't want to rip me off. These guys have kept their word the whole time and I have had no issues whatsoever. I will say, the process takes a while, but I was protected the whole time so that was a huge weight off of my shoulders. Thank you, ITR, for all of your efforts.

this company and the case manager ***** ******** and ******* ******* are two of the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. i was verbally assaulted by ***** and when i reported the verbal assault to ******* he called me telling me i needed to appoligize to ***** are you kidding me i just told him his employee just verbally assaulted me and he blames the customer. i pleaded no i begged to have some one else work on my case but they refused making up some lie about me calling some one a ****. yes he actually put th... read more
