After an unexpected and nearly devastating income tax bill, I contacted ITR for some guidance and help. They delivered, making an ugly situation manageable. They obviously have some back door channels to the **** making a phone call and removing some of the penalties that had been levied. They have been extremely conscientious in their followup, with emails, messages, and phone calls. If I ever were to need tax help again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. I highly recommend these folks.

They are heartless thieves that charged me 4000$ to supposedly solve my tax problems, ended up with total of **** $ in payments of 232$ every two weeks and just as I had 675$ left to pay I had a car accident not of my fault, ended up hospitalized due to my injuries,the relentless hounding for payments during my stressful recovery led to working out payments that would ease my time to make up the last three payments until I could return to work,meanwhile I used up my savings and got emergency financial assist as I got dischar... read more

Innovative Tax Relief gave me fast, efficient, reasonable service and answered all my questions. They obtained my Master Tax file and Wage and Income file. I hadn't filed my taxes for several years and was very afraid to deal with it. They were less expensive than the other "Fresh start" agencies I contacted too.
