I received a call from ITR and spoke with one of its employees. My situation was not one that they could solve, but they developed a plan in which I could easily change my back tax interest rate from 25% to about 6%. They also told me how to get rid of some of the penalties and interest on my account. All of this was done as a courtesy. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. Firstly, I started out trying to do a 9465 form on my own because many said it was easy. Welp, for me it wasn't easy at all.
