Working for IST management was one of the worst, most soul-crushing experiences I’ve ever had at a company. The higher-ups show little to no concern for their employees, and any hope of growth or promotion is essentially nonexistent. If you’re considering working here with the idea of moving up, think again. Workplace bullying is rampant and goes unchecked, creating a toxic environment that wears people down.
