Remmy and his crew were great. They were polite and conscientious. Whenever they came by the would call to say they were here instead of ringing the doorbell since I have a newborn. We will be calling Remmy at Innovation Roofing whenever we have a roofing problem. Highly recommend for the great work and friendly employees.

Came out right away to assess our issues, and turned around less than 48 hours later to complete repairs. So far, no issues with the recent rain we have had. Would recommend and use in the future.

On the plus side-They did a great job with the roof, a great job at customer service, they were extremely fast at getting my house started and finished, they even went back and re-worked a few shingles to cover an old overhead service drop when I neglected to ask them to remove it prior to the work starting. On the minus side-they removed my existing roof vents and installed a ridge vent, however the agreement was that we would keep the existing vents and include a new ridge vent for additional venting. Per manufacturer and city code we cannot mix ventilation systems, the ridge vent will be more than enough ventilation.
