Brandon ******* was the tech that came to my home. I is an outstanding young man! He knew his company, his product and his competitors. He took more than the time needed to just do an inspection, he talked to me and my mom for about an hour and a half! Honest, sincere, genuine and a big heart as a medical worker as well. I will be calling him for any future exterior home renovations!

The guys from Innovative did an outstanding job of demolishing my old roof and disposing of it. They replaced damaged plywood and reroofed the entire house. Innovative also installed new rain gutters. They left the place very clean when they finished and resolved any of my concerns and addons immediately. The one real advantage of using Innovative is that Ramiro (the owner) is very knowledgeable and he's customer service and quick response to customers its outstanding. Ramiro was prompt and pleasant. He was very patient and explained everything that I needed to know. He stopped by several times to make sure that the job was progressing and that I was happy with the work. The crew were very nice. They were hard workers and didn't take many breaks. They were very kind to my dog. When I asked Fernando if he could have the dumpster removed so that I could park in my garage. This was done before dark. Overall, the job went smoothly and my new roof looks great.

We hired Innovative roofing after a leak in the roof that was supposed to be brand new when we bought the house a year ago. Ramiro was patient and spoke to my wife and I explaining everything (sometimes twice)! Not only was he informative on the roof replacement but he also listened to us and told us our best options. Great experience!
