Casey was great! She was very quick and told me when she was showing up, and also what the main problem was!
Casey is the person who came out to help fix a leak under our sink and he was so amazing!! Came the next day and was patient waiting for me to arrive. So great at looking at the issue and communicating with me. Came right back after getting parts and fixed it right away and even gave me some tips on how to check it in the future if any issues. I highly recommend renting through IPS! After having a horrible experience with another rental company in Jacksonville it was such a breeze with IPS. Their app and portal make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, and other things you may need while renting. Alicia and Kimberly are so helpful and quick to respond when you have questions. No drama, helpful employees, and low-maintenance renting! No complaints!
