Management is the worst. The off site manager thinks himself a bit of a bully. He was unpleasant from day one and loves to argue, that is, if he answers or returns your calls. Many times he just ignores you like the trash he perceives you to be. Innovative must be aware of his lack of people skills because you don't meet him until after you have signed your lease. Horrible!!!! Management cares about nothing but money. Does not listen to concerns. Golden Valley is dirty, dirty, dirty. Feces all over the premises. I complained numerous time to management and they did nothing. Children left chicken bones, toys, garbage up and down the hallways. The apartment was dirty and broken things when I moved in. They city even cited them for the feces all over the property and garbage everywhere and they did nothing. In my opinion the management does not listen to the concerns of its tenants ...wish i never lived in his apartments
