Worst experience ever, after 2 months of terrible customer service, we asked out of our 6 month contract. They sent us an amended contract saying that they will take the house off the market but if we sell it they are entitled to their commission, even after they verbally agreed to void the original contract. Their marketing is terrible - the write up they put starts with "settle for this," their "professional" photographer posted blurry pics, the agent we have is unavailable and gives short standard answers that u can tell ... read more
