I came up to my family's lake house to discover there is no hot water...again. I left to go to the grocery store and saw the truck drive by just as I was leaving so I took it as a sign. I called them and someone was there in less than 3 hours. They tried to repair the heating element again but the water heater needed to be replaced. I assumed they wouldn't be able to do it since it was almost a holiday weekend but they did. Absolute rockstars! Brad and Jessie were fantastic and prompt. I was worried about bathroom pipes bursting and brad was honest, clear, and kind in addressing how to fix it. I will continue using their services as long as I’m here. The house is really old, and I feel like I’m covered with them, even in the middle of winter. Stop reading and call them.
