Great company. The tech who came out was professional, knew his stuff, and actually handled the job he was sent for. My original review was based on missing info, so here’s the correction and the apology. The real problem wasn’t Innovative — it was that my landlord waited three days after being notified before even thinking about doing something. Innovative was great. My landlord on the other hand all I can say is his gene pool needs a bait box. Thanks for your help!! I’d recommend to a friend.
