I really like Tony. He's very professional as are his servicemen. When I've needed them in between 3 month treatments, the servicemen have retreated for ant or spider issues until today. When I called today, the office staff were rude and said they wanted to change the terms of my contract and charge me for monthly visits, I'm very disappointed and when I asked to speak with Tony, I was told they wouldn't contact him, as he was out of state for the next 3 weeks.
