I had an excellent experience visiting Dr. Christine Gin’s orthodontic clinic for my son’s evaluation and treatment. Dr. Gin demonstrated outstanding professionalism, taking the time to explain the treatment plan in a clear and thoughtful manner. Her clinical assistant and front desk team were equally impressive, welcoming, efficient, and thorough in addressing all our questions. I truly appreciate the high standard of care and communication provided by the entire team. Highly recommended.

Early intervention with Invisalign has been a game changer! Thanks to Dr Ibrahim and her team our daughter’s teeth have been able to grow in so well and look amazing along the way. The flexibility of being able to take Invisalign out and not restrict a kids diet, not having poking of metal wires of braces, not trying to brush around brackets…wonderful. I have a very negative experience at Innovative Orthodontic. There seemed to be an adjustment in my account which is normal course of business. I received a very rude call from Christine, demanding an immediate answer over the phone in a very rude voice and making fun of my answer sarcastically. I politely asked for time to review the account on a way to stop her intimidating demeanor. An absolute disgrace for such fine clinic. Again no need to become so disrespectful for such a small issue.
