Derek and Innovative MotorWorks have gone above and beyond when I purchased their e-tuning services. Derek reached out to me and explained everything in detail before I purchased his services. Had my car tuned by Derek about 6 months ago, can still email him (and have recently) to this day about any sort of touch up I might need due to weather or anything of the sort, and get a very timely response and timely update on the tune. My car made almost exactly my power goal, he helped me choose parts every step of the way, and even helped troubleshooting an issue on the dyno. Would bring him any car I wanted tuned, regardless of the 8+ hour drive.
