Does great work and very patient with his customers. I have messed up so many times in the process of loading tunes, and data logging, but has worked with me through all of it
I certainly do not recommend an etune from Derek Robinson, especially if you are overseas. I have got nothing for the 500 dollars I paid. He does not inform the customer enough before and during the tuning process. His maps caused occasional transmission malfunction and now he cannot tune my car because of a problem with his maps he cannot figure a solution out for. Highly recommend. Great establishment, with very professional service I can assure on the tuning side of my car I will go no where but to Innovative MotorWorks. It’s always a relief to kno ur car is in good hands and Derek finessed my tune and even expressed any minor concerns like my Intercooler needing to be a little better for better IAT temps at full boost. This was my 1st experience in tuning in General. And Derrick R. Was an amazing guy and very friendly towards my tedious questions about my car. Extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows what he’s doing. Would for sure recommend him for anyone with a Honda motor ! 5 Star experience and rating
Worked with Derek tuning my ep3 with a k24, what an easy and awesome experience I had with them. My car tranny broke down when we started and they where very nice let me fix it not once but twice without any issues. It’s hard to meet someone that’s willing to work with you these days really glad I got Derek at Innovative MotorWorks to help me get my baby tuned. I will be back for more 🙌🙌
So got my turbo put in my civic last November and with Derek’s skill we have now reached the end of the tune process. I can say that my car went from night and day. He advised me about the fuel that I was using wasn’t the best and causing my knocks, but with patience on his end we found the gas that works, then my transmission went out, he told me once I was ready to let him know, and when I did he was right back it with speed, now that my car is ready it’s time to see what she can really do. Thanks again!
I thought getting E Tuned was going to be a headache... Derek made it simple , fast, effective, and hassle free! Extremely quick responses and you can definitely tell the difference. Needed a retune and he was ready before I even was. Definitely reccomend to anyone and everyone. 💪🏽💪🏽
