Unorganized and not great with communication.. Anytime I call the office, it is going to someone’s personal phone who is never actually in the office when I call. The therapist was late to every appointment or rescheduled, and at the most recent appointment just didn’t show up. When I attempted to call the office to see where she was, no one answered. I sent an email, to which no one replied. I got a call back a couple days later “returning the missed call”, but at this point I will just find another provider.
