I recently visited and had Stephanie S as my consultant. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the services, what would work on my sensitive skin but she is super friendly. I felt like she was really trying to improve my skin, not be a “salesperson” which I really appreciate. My skin feels AMAZING! I really am looking forward to our journey together. I’ve been to different spas in Chicago and Jena is definitely the best aesthetician I met! She is professional, thoughtful, warm and kind. I’m happy about my laser hair removal and microneedling experience with her. Looking forward to coming back :)
