Brett called her right away and got her fixed up!!! 08-27-2025: Brett got the Reception laptop updated, and the new Teams downloaded for a zoom meeting tomorrow. Thanks so much!! 05-07-2025: Brett was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, it was from an external source, so he could not resolve the issue. Work was completed in a timely manner with no issues. Great communication and professional customer service.
I have called Innovative quite a few times for technical support. Not once have they dissappointed. Today, it was Brett, but the experience has been the same for all the others I have spoken to in the past.
