A friend recommended Innovative Heating And Cooling for my central AC replacement. 1 day after my first call to the company, Garrett M. visited the property and sent over a proposal which I accepted. A few weeks later, on the date they designated, his crew arrived and removed the old AC unit, we then made the new pad, and they came back after a few days and installed the new AC unit. Just had AJ come out to service my central air for the season. I can’t say enough about him and the company! Came promptly. Was friendly, professional and very informative! Explained what he was doing. Didn’t try to tell you that you needed something extra, like some do! Innovative has my business and I’ve already recommended them to a friend! The BEST!

Had a flawless experience! We needed an HVAC system installed in our new home and were anxious looking for someone we trusted to do the job. Innovative was recommended to us by a family member and we're so grateful they were. They were honest about a timeline, patient and helpful with all of our questions, and explained exactly what they were doing and why. The job was done beautifully. Also, everyone was so kind! Undoubtedly calling them in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
