I am happy to say my appointment with Veronica Lannon last week to check my hearing aids went very well. From the moment we met I knew I was in the right place with the right person. She was professional and friendly addressing my issues with my hearing aids in a very short time. Veronica is very knowledgeable and skilled. She communicates a technical novice like myself through the audiology testing, ordering hearing devices and how to use and maintain the devises. The location is convenient and accessible.
I went last week because one of my hearing aids didn’t work. They change something and was fine. Two days later again didn’t work. I paid for that visit $65 Now they want me to pay again!!! That’s not fair! Is the same problem and still not working the hearing aids that they suppose to be fixed.
This was my third visit to Innovative Hearing. I’ve seen both Agents. Both are easy to work with and seem to be knowledgeable about hearing aids and various aspects regarding the use of hearing aids. Wait times before an appointment have varied from about 20 minutes to no waiting. Parking is easy and reception staff are friendly and helpful.
