They continue to bill me for something that has already been paid. They attempted to forward me to collections and I provided proof of payment along with the original invoice. The debt collector canceled this collection. Months later I receive yet another notice from IDH claiming I owe them money for the same thing. It’s impossible to speak to a real person other than their AI “Ava.” No email responses from people either. Really ridiculous.
Efficient, always kind, and explain the process well. Really good staff at Dr Nazarian’s office.
Do not use this lab! I received an invoice in June 2026 for services rendered in Dec 2024, that I have record of paying for. I have emailed and called and am awaiting response. Hopefully it is resolved faster than other reviewers on this thread.
In Dr. Nazarian’s office the service by Italo was excellent. Very kind and gentle.
