I had a couple of billing questions and honestly expected it to be a hassle, but it turned out to be really easy. The customer service rep walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood the details. I left the call feeling reassured instead of stressed, which isn’t always the case with billing issues. I really appreciate how attentive and patient they were!
At first I really thought they messed up my claims, like I was ready to argue about it LOLL But after they explained it to me, turns out it was fine all along. The customer service that anwered my call was suuper patient with me, SERVICE IS GREAT!
Similar experience to other folks here. Received a bill almost a year and half after supposed date of service. Put in claim with insurance to figure out what it is and if there was coverage. After several attempts (over weeks), I finally got a rep at IHD on the phone who was able to look into the invoice. Low and behold the balance on her end didn't even match the bill I received in the mail. Excellent experience with IHD Lab. I ordered an at-home kit through my healthcare provider. Everything arrived quickly, the instructions were very clear, and it only took a few minutes to collect my sample. I mailed it back and got results in just a couple of days. I also liked that the results were available in a secure online portal that was easy to access. Would happily use them again.
